William Tinson
Managing Partner
Will Tinson has been providing enrollment, communication and voluntary benefits solutions since he joined Colonial Life in November of 2003.
Over the course of his career Will has worked passionately to align the needs of employers, employees, and brokers so that all mutually benefit when benefit programs run smoothly.
In 2014 and 2015, Will was awarded Colonial Life’s highest sales honor - the Hall of Fame award.
Will has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University, and lives in Madison, NJ, with his wife Jennifer and their two children, Emma and Olivia.
Yolanda Tristancho
Managing Partner
Yolanda Tristancho has been providing enrollment, communication and voluntary benefits solutions since she joined Colonial Life in March of 2004.
Prior to her career with Colonial Life, she was the HR Director for a large employer in NYC for 10 years.
Her background in HR has given her the unique perspective of the needs of both employers and employees.
She is fluent in Spanish allowing her to assist the Latin workforce with compassion and help them navigate the complexities of benefits.
